🎤 About the Speaker
Nicholas De Santis is an AI Systems Architect and the founder of VeraLux AI, where he focuses on building sovereign artificial intelligence platforms designed to operate independently of traditional cloud infrastructure.
His work centers on developing modular AI systems that combine large language models, agent-based automation, and persistent memory architectures into production-ready tools capable of reasoning, workflow automation, and real-world decision support.
Nicholas has designed and launched several advanced AI systems, including Vera, a modular AI assistant built for secure reasoning and contextual memory, and Solomon, an AI workflow engine that converts structured inputs, documents, and media into automated operational outputs. 🛠️
He also led the architecture of MØDE, a multi-portal AI platform built to support students, educators, and administrators through AI-assisted learning and governance-first system design. 🎓
Nicholas works across the full stack of AI development, from model orchestration and LoRA training to infrastructure and product architecture, building systems that run on high-performance GPU environments using models such as LLaMA, Mistral, and CodeLLaMA. ⚙️
