AGES 4+

Skills for life, disguised as play.

This isn’t your typical sports program. We focus on the foundational "why" of athleticism—agility, hand-eye coordination, balance, and endurance. It’s a play-based skills class where kids develop elite physical confidence without even realizing they’re "training."

Join coach Natalie, a college athlete and PA student with a love for the littles and a way with bringing out the best in them.

AGES 6+

A hands-on art class built around clay, with plenty of room to explore.

Kids will sculpt, build, and create using a variety of hands-on techniques, developing fine motor skills, patience, and creative confidence along the way. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy.

This class is a passion project of Ms Madison, MØDE’s ceramics director and professional artist. She has a way of becoming every child’s favorite person rather quickly!

AGES 2-5

Connection through movement.

A beautiful space for parents and littles to bond. We use playful poses and breathwork to help children understand their bodies while creating a shared experience of calm and focus for all.

Led by instructor Chanel, a childrens yoga teacher, former 1st grade teacher, and mother to two darling boys (who you will likely meet in class!). She designs each class with a unique theme, keeping every month exciting for the littles and fun for their grown-ups, too.

Ages 4+

A high-energy dance class introducing dancers to the fundamentals of this season’s focus: hip-hop!

Join everyone’s favorite dance teacher at Mode and in the community, Lydia, in Junior dance!

We also have a special new instructor for Littles dance (join us for her free trial class Thursday, October 15th at 4:15pm). Stay tuned for details!
