Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

MØDE is incredibly excited to offer this Youth Strength & Conditioning Program to our community.

This is a chance for us to invest in the next generation by helping youth build strength, confidence, and healthy habitsthat will serve them for life — both in sports and beyond.

What This Program Is

This is a structured 13-week strength and conditioning program designed to help kids and teens build a strong foundation in movement, technique, and body control.

Athletes will develop:

  • Strength

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Coordination

  • Mobility

All training takes place in a positive, supportive environment where participants can grow physically and mentally.

Whether they play sports or simply want to become healthier and learn proper body mechanics, this class is a great fit.

Teens will also build:

  • Discipline

  • Resilience

  • Confidence

  • Lifelong training habits

At the end of the 13 weeks, participants will test their progress and have the opportunity to continue into another 13-week progression.

Program Details

When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:15–5:15 PM
Start Date: April 13
Where: Mat Room, north side of the building, just east of BPI
Price: $149 per month

Coaches

Cameron Hutchison

This program is led by Cameron Hutchison, Strongman National Champion and expert strength coach with years of experience developing athletes.

Jess Rhoads

The program is assisted by Jess Rhoads, an active member of the local fitness community who loves working with kids and teens in both classrooms and gyms.
