Tactical Coaching & Conditioning Training

Led by Cameron Hutchison, Strongman National Champion and expert strength coach, bringing years of experience in developing athletes.

Assisting will be Jess Rhoads, an active member of the local fitness community who loves working with kids and teens in both their classrooms and their gyms.

Who: Ages 12-18

When: Monday - Thursday | 4:15-5:15 PM

Where: 2110 N Molter Rd. Liberty Lake, WA, 99019 Mat Room (north side of building, just east of BPI)

What This Program Is

This is a structured year round strength and conditioning program designed to help kids and teens build a strong foundation in movement, technique, and body control.

Athletes will develop:

All training takes place in a positive, supportive environment where participants can grow physically and mentally.

Whether they play sports or simply want to become healthier and learn proper body mechanics, this class is a great fit.
