🌿 Listen. Learn. Reflect. Heal. Together.
A Day of Healing, Connection & Community
Your mental health matters. Your well-being matters. Your voice matters. ❤️
Join us at MØDE Campus on Saturday, October 17th, for the BIPOC Fathers & Mothers Wellness Experience, a community-centered event dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mothers and fathers throughout the Spokane area.
Parenthood is a beautiful journey, but it can also come with challenges, responsibilities, and pressures that often go unspoken. This experience creates a welcoming and supportive space where parents can come together, share their stories, explore important conversations, and discover resources that support healthier individuals, stronger families, and thriving communities.
Whether you're navigating the demands of motherhood, balancing the responsibilities of fatherhood, or simply looking for an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, this day is about making space for YOU.
🌿 What to Expect
Throughout the day, participants will have opportunities to explore wellness practices, participate in meaningful discussions, and connect with others who understand the unique experiences of parenting and family life.
Activities and wellness experiences include:
🧘 Meditation & Mindfulness: Explore practices that encourage relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
🌱 Acupuncture: Learn about holistic approaches to wellness and supporting your body's natural balance.
💆 Therapeutic Massage: Discover the benefits of relaxation, physical recovery, and stress relief.

🤝 Community Connection: Build relationships, share experiences, and connect with a supportive community of parents and wellness advocates.
💬 Breakout Sessions & Conversations

❤️ Building Stronger Families Starts With Us
Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's an important part of caring for the people who depend on you.
The BIPOC Fathers & Mothers Wellness Experience is about more than a single day of wellness. It's about creating conversations that continue beyond the event, strengthening connections within our community, and reminding parents that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
Come ready to listen, learn, reflect, connect, and leave with new perspectives and practical tools to support yourself and your family.
