At MODE Fitness, our gym in Liberty Lake, Washington is built to help you develop strength, resilience, and real-world performance through science-backed, functional training. Functional Fitness Classes

Functional Fitness Classes

Our functional fitness classes are designed to build strength, mobility, and work capacity through structured, full-body training.

Schedule: Weekdays at 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Focus: Each session centers on foundational movement patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling to develop strength, stability, and endurance. You’ll improve how your body moves, performs, and recovers. both in the gym and in everyday life.

Hyrox Training Liberty Lake, WA

Hyrox Training

HYROX training combines running intervals with functional strength and conditioning to build endurance, power, and total-body performance. Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX race or just want a high-intensity, results-driven workout, this class is designed to push your limits and improve overall fitness.

Current Schedule: Weekdays at 7:00 AM, plus Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM

New Starting May 23:
 We’re expanding our HYROX schedule to include Saturday classes:

  • 8:00 AM: Members-only session

  • 9:00 AM: Open to the public, drop ins welcome!

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Our year-round strength and conditioning program is designed for kids ages 12–18 who want to build strength, improve performance, and develop proper training habits in a structured environment.

Athletes will develop:

Training focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development, whether they play sports or simply want to move and perform better.

Cold water immersion for accelerated recovery, reduced inflammation, and a mental reset unlike anything else. The chill you'll come to crave.

Group Sauna

A shared space for heat therapy, relaxation, and connection. The sauna is where recovery becomes ritual and where community is built.

Expansive Crossfit gym with weights, bikes, pull up bars, ropes, rings, and everything you could think of for CrossFit.
