Join us in the Sun Room at Mode Campus for a 75-minute guided breathwork experience designed to help regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you to your body.
This workshop centers around circular breathing, also known as connected breathing—an active technique that moves energy through the body, clears emotional and physical blocks, and opens deeper awareness. Through intentional breath and guided support, many participants leave feeling lighter, more grounded, open, and deeply reset.
What to Expect

The room will be gently heated to approximately 85° to support relaxation and help your body fully open into the experience. The space will be dark and calm, creating a safe environment to turn inward.
No prior experience is needed. Just arrive and breathe.
What to Bring
A blanket or pillow for under your legs if desired
An eye cover if you prefer deeper darkness
Water for after the session
Neck pillows are not necessary, as proper positioning will be guided.
Please avoid arriving on a full stomach to ensure the most comfortable experience.
Come ready to soften, release, and reconnect.
Your breath will guide you home.
